introduction In the present project we will be developing a design for the construction of an observatory which must meet certain conditions depending on the environment where they take place, as there are determinants that can not be ignored without study as motion, vibration, the wind, the rain and others. To play the same satisfactory and successful function. With the design of the observatory and its implementation is to establish a tool to evaluate different regions in space and main target asteroids moving further promote and encourage society how important and exciting it is observation. Its structure and composition was carried out through various patterns observed while taking into account the economic aspect and its impact on the environment at the site is built.

Objetives   Designing an observatory as a tool that allows us to detect and track an asteroid.   This project seeks to achieve the location and the characteristics of the observed object; in our case the asteroid.   Upon detection of an asteroid approaching Earth could alert people and make immediate evacuation.

Description Our project is to create an observatory and through robotic telescope allow us to detect and track asteroids in space. For the construction of the structure we make some observations and research so that the observatory is made to comply with the conditions and is suitable for actual observations . We have to build two prototypes of volume q listed below: • The dome is made of polycarbonate that is a solid material that reduces heat transfer and protecting function as an insulator. Features solid polycarbonate dome : • Lightweight • UV Protection • High impact resistance • excellent light transmission • Resists wind, hail, etc. .

• We are also presenting a prototype which has spherical dome shape, this protected and works with concave and convex lenses In this case protect the dome with the same solid polycarbonate opens halfway and thus prevents light from coming into direct contact with it. Basically we are just creating a design that uses lenses and that through their union is managed to obtain excellent quality images . This is possible with an array of lenses and is feasible to verify that the respective tests and the application of physical equations would.

methodology This information focuses on the conceptual and structural definition of an observatory basis aimed at monitoring, evaluation and follow-up of an asteroid in space, which moves at a certain speed and in a direction. On the environmental side, we are focused this project should not be a major impact, for which the same was executed in a rural area easily accessible and taking into account that if placed in a wooded area the wind will not influence on a large scale because you are surrounded by trees some distance as these serve as windbreaks. Materials   Cement   Blocks   Arena   Caliche   Steel   Solid Polycarbonate (Domo)   Rails

Substructure design For the construction of the structure we propose that this must have certain qualities that are mentioned below : The basis : for making them must take into account the vibrations that occur on earth because they represent a problem for the instrument. To do this dig a pit in a circular around our observatory also will join 4 columns to a master with iron unions for this firm and prevent the passage of vibrations to the telescope.

Creating the dome There are various designs of domes, all of them have advantages and meet the needs of each space , from the traditional type bubble to the triangular , hexagonal or circular domes. All ensure high light transmission, strength, lightness and economy. We present a dome built with solid polycarbonate. Features solid polycarbonate dome : • Lightweight • UV Protection • High impact resistance • excellent light transmission • Resists wind, hail, etc. .

Metal dome -shaped rotating hemisphere The door will open laterally observation leaving an opening about three feet wide. Each sheet is based on four grooved wheels rolling on two horizontal rails.

Returning to the second design probing more and propose the following. Our second design aims to build an astronomical observatory with a dome lens refraction (divergent and convergent), where this lens has an effect of light scattering when passing through the lens seek to correct the deflection of light and achieve a real image .

The dome will be made of a refractive lens (concave), the second convex lens will be attached to the telescope after that revolved together telescope. This type of refractive lenses help us the telescope has greater visibility, avoid direct contact with the wind and at the same time can be moved because the dome structure is rigid in the observato What we want to achieve with this dome is wind isolate the telescope to be clear and understandable by all these images of different position angles where the telescope is important to note that these angles vary standing. In addition to the dome made refractive lenses have the structure that will cover the entire dome is horizontally openable and allow the telescope to do its job. also the metal frame swivel according to the opposite or reverse telescope position where half of the dome is open and the other closed and try to isolate some direct contact of the light to prevent visibility does not disturb us. The copula with respect to the structure must be completely rigid to prevent excessive vibration that affects the function of the telescope.

Recommendations

  The site used to construct the observatory section generally must be, in low light (to not affect the view of the telescope).

  For the structure of the observatory is extremely important to note that the base can not be exposed to vibrations of large magnitude because these to disturb the telescope.

  The shape of the dome should be preferably circular to counteract the force of the wind.

conclusions  This project is of great importance for the study of an asteroid in space, under certain conditions, allowing us to safely find their behavior  The carasterictidcas submit an asteroid in space are predictable by the observatory.  our project aims to be a tool and enhance business opportunities and recreation.  Conducting the field experience will help us determine if this prototype can be a reality as we are only designing structures and need to try them.
