minerland-extractor

We want to make people like what it seems boring but it's not, how can we do that? how can we make people (especially children) like it? "Games" that word which rocks our world, everybody has a child inside, so we made a Game for them, for us, for everybody. We know this it the best way to spread the information. See how we do it.

This project is solving the Asteroid Prospector challenge.

Description

We want to take boring numbers, letters and information about asteroids and make it fun, we want to make people (especially children) see and pay not only attention but also interest on asteroids, and we know that the best way to achieve it could be a "GAME".

That is how we started our project, we create 3D models for asteroids, planets, for the "game" we took information from NASA resources for our purpose, information like what kind of minerals has every asteroid, we wanted to take as much information as we could for our game.

We used resources as Autodesk Maya, Blender for making 3D models and Unity (development software) for make it happen.

Our Game it's about gather minerals for save our planet because in a future could be out of what we need, so the best and nearest source for what we need could be what? ASTEROIDS! yes. So the point of our game is gather minerals, explore the endless space, bring minerals and water for us, bring salvation for our planet.
