What if you could know what is happening above your head ? What would you do ? These questions are the fondation of our dreams which turned into a project during this weekend. We created FollowSat which allows you to track the movement and views of any satellites around the globe in real time in order to discover places all over the world and better know the earth you are living in.

This project is solving the Pilot a Satellite! challenge.
Description
Who we are?

We are a team of 5 passionate people about space. Inspired by the immensity of the universe and curious about making things in this special environment, we met at the Space Apps Challenge to work on solutions to help NASA's problems. Our Team has mostly 2 kind of different profiles:

Technical.

Alex, Thomas, Aurore & Thomas have various and complementary skills in coding and programming. Thanks to their motivation and hard works, they created in 48h only a very nice website which WORKS.

Communication

Benjamin has some skills in business, marketing and communication. He created a presentation to convince, inspire and engage people in our mission.

What is our mission ?

We want create tools for people to understand what happens above their heads.

What is our projet?

Together we created a new way for people to feel like an astronaut in space, it's called FollowSat. FollowSat is a interactive website where you can choose the satellite you want, track its movement around the globe and see beautiful views of any places it passed.
