Our project aims to make viewing astonromical and satellite events easy to access by people. All you need to do is tweet at us! Plus, we want to share our obsession with space images with everyone who cares. Our project website can be found at http://bot-astrotweet.rhcloud.com/

This project is solving the Alert-Alert! challenge.
Description
We have built an api that requests data from a variety of sources to report on astronomical and satellite sightings given latitude and longitude. Users are able to interact with the api via twitter by tweeting @astro_tweet_bot with geolocation on. To request astronomical events tweet: @astro_tweet_bot, sky, [time]+[length] To request satellite events tweet: @astro_tweet_bot, satellite, [postal code]
