Fisheye projection all 3D Models for planetarium systems.

This project is solving the Stellar Stuff challenge.


A planetarium needs fisheye (180 degree ) projections for all video and image formats. But the virtual reality softwares provides us a camera just to max 120 degree field of view (fov). In this project I develop a 180 degree fisheye camera use five perspective cameras in OpenGL. With using Assimp opensorce library that includes capable of most of all 3D file format , I can visualize 3D objects on dome screen.

Future of the project: - Show 3D objects with textures and materials on dome - Show all images and videos (fulldome \ flat) on dome. - Capable of animate objects - Develop for multiprojector installations.
