"Where on earth???" is an interesting, fun filled, knowledge increasing app that helps you to have fun,learn about Planet Earth. It's a game whichdisplays images of places around the world & you have to guess where,what they are. The main aim of my project is to create awareness among the citizens of Planet Earth about the lost glory of Earth. God has made earth the most beautiful planet i the universe. But it is sad that man due to his selfish desires has spoilt and degarded the planet to such an extent that it seems impossible to regain the Lost Glory. Thus I aim to spread awareness about the nature, the current happenings, rate of global warming, and what man has lost due to his greed through this app. This project has created an app that is downloaded by the users for free. The app has been priced free as it would help more people to download it. This app presents the users a game where they can select any image/ category like Nature, Atmosphere, Dust, Life, Land, Snow,ice,Earthquakes, Volcanoes,Natural Disasters, Global warming,etc. All these categories have 3 different levels to suit all like easy, fun and difficult named appropriately as beginners, novice, experts. each category allows a user to select a picture and he then has to guess what it is. Then he can find the answer by clicking a button which shows him the answer and provides information in easy to understand language about the picture, what it is, where it was taken and its importance. Every picture leaves a moral behind which will make the people to stand up and do their part in saving the nature. It could be a simple tip like switching off the lights to reduce electricity or to use bicycles to reduce global warming, etc. The user can then click another button at the end of information provided which allows him to select another picture and guess it. All the pictures are taken from NASA websites and which are available for public use. This app helps people of all age groups to understand the current situation and helps them to do their best to save planet earth and restore the LOST GLORY. There is also another game which is being developed which is a trivia quiz. It presents many categories to choose from like floods, manmade events, nature, cyclones, landslides, snow, ice, rain,etc. Each category once selected presents to the user 1 question with 4 options. The user has to select the correct answer in a time limit of 40 seconds. After 40 second the next question appears. If the option selected is right the background changes to green or if it is wrong it changes to red. At the end the score is displayed and the user gets the option to select a new game and a different or same category and play the game again. The number of questions is not more. so that people do not get bored. This app would help the kids and elderly people to easily understand the seriousness of today's situation and take necessary steps to protect earth. This app also shows pictures from NASA and asks users to guess where it was taken ?Why it was taken? etc. In a nut shell all the apps and the website teach the people about the need to conserve resources, how the earth was before, how the earth is at present and MOST IMPORTANTLY how each one can play his part in PROTECTING AND RESTORING THE EARTH TO ITS FORMER GLORY. GET SET TO HAVE FUN AND EXPLORE THE BEAUTIFUL EARTH AS WE TAKE YOU THROUGH THE LANES OF HISTORY.
