Due to gravity in space the astronauts hearts have to work harder to circulate blood throughout the body. As a result, there is retention of fluids in the extremities. Astronauts experience symptoms of lack of blood flow to the brain such as dizziness and changes in mental status. our device will help with circulation, monitor for physiological changes and record physiological data.This project is solving the Space Wearables: Fashion Designer to Astronauts challenge. Description
This device tends to prevent thrombosis and provide therapeutic increase in blood circulation to the limbs and tissues while at the same time alerting the user of physiological changes.
